November in Costa Rica

In November rainforests are at peak lushness, and you’ll find fewer foreign visitors, there may be some occasional and brief showers, but in general spending November in Costa Rica is worth it.

November is a transition month between the rainy and dry season, it’s probably the least predictable month for weather in this tropical paradise. Traveling during this month could be a bet since on a regular basis it’s rainy season on the Pacific and within the central mountains but in some cases, particularly with El Niño ( the cycle of warm and cold sea surface temperature (SST) of the tropical central and eastern Pacific Ocean) the dry season comes early.
